Terms of Use

Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "GTU") govern access and use of the Signalements websites and services, operated by CAZALLIS-SI, a simplified joint stock company (SASU) with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 844 982 322, headquartered at 32 Allée de Boutaut, 33300 Bordeaux.
Article 2 - Definitions
For the purposes of these GTU:
- Signalements Sites: all websites operated by the Publisher: signalements.eu (commercial showcase site), signalements.org (technical platform and administration area), signalement.eu (dedicated portal for whistleblowers to submit reports).
- User: any natural or legal person accessing any of the Signalements Sites.
- Client: any legal entity subscribing to Platform services.
- Whistleblower: any natural person making a report via signalement.eu in accordance with French Law No. 2022-401.
- External Referent: the third-party independent person appointed to handle reports.
Article 3 - Acceptance of GTU
Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU. CAZALLIS-SI reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. Users will be informed of any modifications by any useful means. Continued use of the Platform following a modification constitutes acceptance of the new GTU.
Article 4 - Description of Services
- A secure multi-channel reporting system (web form, email, phone)
- Processing of reports by an independent External Referent
- A dashboard for tracking current reports
- Documentation and compliance reports
Article 5 - Access to the Platform
Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. CAZALLIS-SI undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure Platform availability 24/7, excluding planned maintenance periods. CAZALLIS-SI may not be held liable for interruptions due to technical failures, third-party acts, or force majeure.
Article 6 - User Obligations
The User undertakes to: use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; not misuse the Platform (bad faith reports, harassment, defamation); maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials; immediately notify CAZALLIS-SI of any unauthorized use of their account.
Article 7 - Whistleblower Protection
In accordance with French Law No. 2022-401 and Decree No. 2022-1284, the Platform guarantees strict confidentiality of whistleblower identity. Any attempt to identify a whistleblower without their consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Article 8 - Liability
CAZALLIS-SI provides a technical tool and does not intervene in alert processing decisions. The Client remains solely responsible for the follow-up given to qualified reports transmitted by the External Referent. CAZALLIS-SI may not be held liable for misuse of the Platform by Users or Whistleblowers.
Article 9 - Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (texts, graphics, logos, software) is the exclusive property of CAZALLIS-SI or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or exploitation, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Article 10 - Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data is hosted on servers located in Europe (Hetzner, Germany/Finland).
Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the courts of Bordeaux shall have sole jurisdiction.
